• You must be at least 18 years old to book tattoo appointments through our website. If you are under the age of 18 and want to make an appointment, please have a parent or guardian make the appointment for you. 

• You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms.
   

2. Intellectual Property
All content, including images, logos, and text, is owned by or licensed to Dropouts Tattoo and Media Mar. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited and subject to legal consequences.
 

3. Booking and Payments

• Appointments booked through our website may require a deposit.

• Deposits are non-refundable unless canceled within the specified timeframe.

• Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
   

4. Liability Disclaimer

• Be sure to carefully read the Liability Waiver before signing and consenting to a tattoo with us.

• Dropouts Tattoo is not responsible for any allergic reactions or complications arising from tattoos.

• Tattoo results may vary, and we are not liable for dissatisfaction post-procedure.
